Hi, I’m Sophie - a Wellbeing Coach for Women & Mothers, with a background in Psychology and Mental Health

Juggling responsibilities, carrying guilt and self-doubt, questioning whether you’re doing enough… maybe you’re unsure about returning to work, finding it hard to balance family and your own needs, or simply longing for space to breathe and reconnect with yourself.
This is where I come in. So often, women and mothers give endlessly to others, leaving little space for themselves. Here, you’ll find a trusted and compassionate space that’s just for you - a chance to place your own wellbeing at the centre. Emotional wellness is the foundation of how we think, feel, and show up in the world. It shapes how we manage life’s challenges, influences our relationships, and affects our confidence and overall wellbeing. When we care for our mental wellbeing, we feel more grounded, present, and resilient, but when it’s neglected, it can lead to anxiety, low mood, emotional exhaustion and disconnection from ourselves and our lives. I know how heavy it can feel when your wellbeing is out of balance. When I became a mother, my own wellbeing suffered. It was a silent struggle that left me feeling lost and exhausted. But through my own journey, I’ve learned that healing begins when you start taking care of yourself from the inside out. With a background in Psychology, mental health and brain injury rehabilitation, I understand how fragile our emotional wellbeing can be and how transformative it is when we start caring for it. When I became a first-time mum, my mental and emotional wellbeing took a serious hit. I felt overwhelmed by low mood, self-doubt, and the heavy weight of mum guilt. I stopped recognising myself and felt emotionally depleted, just getting through the days. Reaching out to a coach was a turning point - it gave me space to breathe, reflect, and begin to feel like myself again. That experience led me to become an accredited Wellbeing Coach, now deeply passionate about supporting other women.
